All products sold by Ashroot Naturals are handcrafted natural soaps. Product descriptions, ingredients, and images are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.

2. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are in USD
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time
• Payment is required at the time of purchase
• We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout

3. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped up to 3 times per week via USPS, excluding holidays. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight. 

Once shipped, your package should arrive within 2–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.  Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details.

4. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for information about damaged or defective products.

5. Product Use and Safety

• Our products are for external use only
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs
• Keep out of reach of children
• We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities

6. Limitation of Liability

Ashroot Naturals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
