Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of our handcrafted soap products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any purchases due to sanitary reasons.
Please keep in mind that every nose is different and scents may be perceived differently per person. We do our best to describe the scents based upon the fragrance and essential oils that are used and descriptions given from the manufacturers. As our products are handmade, design will vary slightly.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at ashrootnaturals@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.
Allergy Warning
We use a variety of ingredients in our products. At some point, one ingredient may have been in contact with another ingredient. This would be similar to a warning that says, "This product has been processed in a facility that also processes nuts, soy, milk, etc". It is important that you are aware of ingredients/allergens that could affect you and know that we do use other ingredients/possible allergens in our facility. It is always possible that ingredients and finished products have come in contact. Some ingredients may contain components that are possible allergens. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Missing Packages
Please take special note that we are not responsible for a package that has been shown delivered but is missing to you. Porch/Mail Theft is becoming more and more prevalent, and it is not the responsibility of Ashroot Naturals or our shipping partners to replace or reimburse for any missing packages. If you believe that your package is legitimately missing, please contact your local delivery service office as they are best equipped to locate your package via GPS and otherwise. Your next step will be to contact your local law enforcement about the theft.
Please understand that we are a small business and cannot be responsible for packages that are shown delivered but go missing. The information provided is not to just remove ourselves from liability but is the result of the fact that we also have no resources to resolve the situation financially. Production at our level is very costly and the time and effort we put into the business is also very valuable. We will do anything in our power to resolve any and all situations and work on your behalf with the USPS to resolve any situations that may arise.
